EnquiryThe 2020 Ormes de Pez is a pretty wine, even if it feels a bit light. Dried herbs, tobacco, mint, dried flowers and earthy tones lend aromatic nuance to this attractive, mid-weight Saint-Estephe. It would be nice to see a bit more depth. Perhaps that will come with elevage.

Latimer Vintners has partnered with Nexus Wine Collections to offer clients a bespoke wine storage solution; Latimer Reserve. Wines will be stored separately from Latimer Vintners stock and independently audited to offer clients full transparency and peace of mind. Why do I need to purchase In Stock wines separately from On Order?
On Order wines are not yet available for delivery, storage or collection as In Stock wines are, and that creates complexities in managing a mixed order in terms of taxes and shipping.
What happens if I purchase On Order wines?
When you purchase On Order wines, no UK Duty / VAT or shipping costs will be charged at checkout. Once the wines have arrived at our warehouse, a member of the team will be in touch to organise the delivery, storage or collection as per your preferences, and arrange any additional invoicing required.
I want to start collecting wine, where do I start?

Do you buy wines from small, independent collectors?
James and Michael have had extensive experience in valuing cellars large and small. We will be delighted to offer prices on all wines and we are in a position to buy stock outright or broker wines on a your behalf. We are confident that our prices are amongst the most competitive in the market.

Why are some wines only available for customers based in the UK?
For some of our producers from whom we buy directly, the agreement has been put in place that we can only sell these wines to the UK market. On the wines for which this applies, there is a sign saying UK only on the product pages.
