Tasting Notes
Vinous 93
The 2020 Corton Les Perrieres Grand Cru has an odd nose. A touch of fish oil intermixes with the red and black fruit, iodine and iris flower. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins and a keen line of acidity. This is one of the spicier Cortons in this flight. It has a decent grip, focused with a touch of iodine on the finish; this is a very satisfying Corton that should age well in bottle. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting.
